Knitted circular knitting machine, also known as knitted circular weft knitting machine (or knitted circular weft knitting machine). 1、 Ordinary single-sided knitting large round machine:

A regular single-sided knitting machine has a large number of loops (usually 3-4 times the diameter of the needle cylinder, i.e. 3 loops/25.4mm~4 loops/25.4mm), such as a 30 "single-sided machine with 90F~120F, a 34" single-sided machine with 102~126F, etc., with high speed and high output. In some knitting enterprises in China, it is called a multi triangle machine (mainly the Z241 type).

The ordinary single-sided knitting large round machine has single needle track (one track), two needle track (two tracks), three needle track (three tracks), four needle track, one season six needle track models. Currently, most knitting enterprises use four needle track single-sided large round machines. It uses the organic arrangement of needles and triangles to weave various new fabrics.

2、 Single sided looped machine:

Single sided looped machine, also known as single-sided towel machine. It has single needle, double needle, and four needle models, and is divided into a positive loop machine (loop yarn wraps the ground weave yarn inside, which shows the loop yarn on the front of the fabric, while the yarn of the second weave is wrapped inside) and a positive loop machine (which is the loop fabric we usually see, with the ground weave yarn on the back of the fabric). It uses the arrangement and combination of sinkers and yarns to weave and produce new fabrics.

3、 Three line lining machine:

The three line lining machine is called a sweatshirt machine or a flannel machine in knitting enterprises. It has single needle, double needle and four needle models, used to produce various types of brushed velvet and non brushed velvet products. He uses knitting needles and arranged yarns to produce new fabrics.
